Vitium Care provides comprehensive but flexible range of in-home services to people with disability. We care for the aged, young (from 7 years old) and people from multicultural background. We strive to support and care for participants, so that, they can continue to remain independent and live autonomously in their own homes and keep being active members of their communities.
